The above screenshot shows a soundboad created completely in Adobe Captivate 8. We are currently in the process of developing another JavaScript variation of this tool that will allow learners the ability to join sounds together to hear words and scentences in Te Reo Māori, The Māori Language.

This screen and the one above demonstrate many of the storytelling sections in Te Rito. Learners watch and listen to real life situations where cultural differences and opinions may arise causing conflict. Learners are then asked to reflect on their own experience and provided suggestions on how these situations could be better handled.

Modules are divided into four basic sections, Concepts, Examples, Tools and finally a Quiz. Learners can navigate to any section of a module and are provided feedback as to which sections they have completed. Although Adobe Captivate 8 does have a built-in menu navigation this did not allow for the flexibility both functionally and stylistically that our client required. The menu system was built completely in Captivate using standard Advanced Actions.
